What Sness.io keeps
The text of your WhatsApp messages, captions and file names, who sent them and when, chat and contact names, your first name, and the date you accepted the terms. Photos, videos, voice notes and documents are never stored.
How long
Messages are kept for the time you choose in Settings, 90 days unless you change it and up to one year, then deleted automatically. Deleting your account removes everything at once and disconnects WhatsApp.
Data retention
Sness.io may retain certain account, message, and service-related data for up to 90 days after it is no longer required for the active service, including where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, backup recovery, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Some information may be retained longer where required by law.
AI processing by Google Gemini
When you use Sness.io's AI assistant, message text and related context may be transmitted to Google's Gemini service for processing so that Sness.io can generate summaries, suggested replies, and other AI-assisted features. Google acts as a third-party service provider in connection with this processing.
Who sees it
You, and any assistant you connect and approve, such as ChatGPT or Muse. That assistant handles what it reads under its own privacy policy. The people running Sness.io can access stored data only to fix problems.
What Sness.io never does
Sness.io does not sell your data, does not use it for advertising, and never messages anyone unless you approve that specific reply.
